Todd Paton, Director of Client Services, helps new clients determine exactly what they need to get their organizations running in top condition. He applies his marketing expertise and real estate experience to development projects that help New Home Sales Specialist reach builders everywhere.

Todd began his real estate career in 1999 as a mortgage underwriter with Republic Bank. In 2001, he earned his real estate license, and became a licensed real estate broker in 2005. During tough market times in 2007, Todd sold a block of 10 homes for a builder in Tampa in just 10 days using his Internet marketing system. Following that success, Todd was hired to appear on the American Grants Money show as a real estate expert.

Todd is almost a native Floridian - he moved to South Florida from New York when he was seven years old. He loves watching sports, going out on his boat and spending time with his six nieces and nephews.
