Recruiting Night - OS-007

Introduction

Recruiting, interviewing and hiring the right people in whom to invest your time, money and prospective buyers is not a matter of blind luck - it is a science.

The Official New Home Sales Recruiting SystemSM is a 7-step procedure for recruiting the best of the best candidates. It is designed specifically for the new home sales profession. Much like the process used for admission to the five U.S. military academies, this process exercises a defined process of elimination.

Assessments are based not on prior experience in new home sales, but on essential characteristics present in people whose behavioral styles match a proven success profile. These characteristics are intelligence, self-motivation, open mindedness, high energy, positive attitude and social and emotional maturity.

The culmination of this process is the Recruiting Night.

A New Home Sales Specialist facilitator will conduct a group interview of those candidates who make it through all the early steps of the process. Interacting with candidates in this group setting reveals characteristics about them that don't easily surface in one-on-one interviews. This critical final step of the process helps to ensure a high likelihood of success and synergy between the candidate and the management team at your company.
